COFFEE MALLOW

Ingredients:

30 large marshmallows
2 cups hot water
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp instant coffee
Dash of salt
3 tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup whipping cream
Semi-sweet chocolate curls

Procedure:

Heat marshamllows, hot water, instant coffee and salt over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until marshmallows are melted, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in liqueur and vanilla. refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
 
Just before serving, beat whipping cream in chilled small mixer bowl until soft peaks form. Fold into coffee mixture. Pour into wineglasses. Garnish with chocolate curls and serve with straws.

SPICED ORANGE TEA MIX

 
1 cup powdered orange breakfast drink mix
1 package (3.4 ounces) presweetened lemonade mix
2/3 cup instant tea
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground ginger
 
Mix all ingredients together. Store in tightly covered container. To prepare beverage- dissolve 2 -3 teaspoons tea mix in 1 cup boiling water, cranberry juice or dry red or white wine.
 
About 2 cups
 
Spiced Lemon Tea Mix: Omit the orange breakfast drink mix and increase lemonade mix to 3 packages
