Garnet Punch
2 cans (6 ounces each) frozen grape juice concentrate,thawed
2 cans (6 ounces each) frozen apple juice concentrate,thawed
2 botlees (25.6 ounces each) sparkling catawba grape juice,chilled
1 bottle (10 ounces) club soda,chilled
1 pint pineapple sherbet
Mix grape juice concentrate, apple juice concentrate,catawba grape juice and club soda in
punch bowl. Float scoops of sherbet on punch. Serve immediately.

Spicy Cider
2 quarts apple cider
1/4 cup red cinnamon candies
1 tablespoon whole allspice
2 tablespoons honey
Heat apple cider, candies and allspice to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer
5 minutes. Remove allspice;stir in honey.
Makes 8 serving
Golden Nectar
2 cans(6 ounces each) frozen orange juice concentrate
1 can (46 ounces) pineapple
2 cans(29 ounces each) apricot nectar
1 cup lemon juice
2 bottles(28 ounces each) ginger ale,chilled
Prepare orange juice as directed on cans. Add pineapple juice, apricot nectar and
lemon juice. Refrigerate until chilled. Just before serving, stir in ginger ale
Makes 50 servings
Hot Orange Cider
Heat equal amounts orange juice and apple cider just to boiling over low
heat;pour into mugs. Stir in rum to taste(about 2 teaspoons per mug) Garnish with orange peel.
