EGGS -IN -CUPS

Heat oven to 350 degrees. For each serving, spoon 1 tabblespoon chopped canned mushrooms or 1 tablespoon finely snipped sliced smoked ham into buttered 4-6 ounce baking dish or custard cup. Break egg into dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with 1 tablespoon milk;sprinkle with paprika and snipped parsley. bake uncovered until egg is desired doneness, about 25 minutes

 
 
MAPLE BREAD
 
1 loaf (1 pound) unsliced white bread
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup maple-flavored syrup
1/3 cup flaked coconut
1/3 cup slightly crushed whole wheat flake cereal
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
 
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut bread almost in 2 inch squares; place on aluminum foil baking sheet. turn up edges of foil
Heat butter, honey and syrup over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter is melted. Pour 1/4 cup of honey mixture between cuts in loaf. Mix coconut, cereal and brown sugar;sprinkle between cuts and over loaf. Drizzle with remainig honey mixture. Bake until top is light brown, about 20 minutes. Serve warm
 

 
 
 
HONEYDEW CUPS
 
Pare 1 chilled medium honeydew melon and cut into cubes or balls. Spoon melon into 6 shallow stemmed glasses. Pour 2 tablespoons chilled white wine(Rhine or sauterne) on melon in each glass. Sprinkle each serving with 1 tbsp shredded Swiss cheese
